HOW GENERAL MILLS USED TO SELL TRIX CEREAL BEFORE THAT SILLY RABBIT WAS BORN

I have collected several different magazine ads and commercials, for Trix cereal. You will be able to see how the company sold their cereal, prior to the rabbit being born, and how the rabbit has changed over time. It is an interesting time travel voyage. I hope you will enjoy your trip

This ad is prior to the Silly Rabbit, it is from the mid to late 50's.

.

THE AD BELOW, IS FROM AN AUGUST 1964 COMIC BOOK.

AN EARLY TV COMMERCIAL, WITH THE SILLY RABBIT IN OUTER SPACE

THAT SILLY RABBIT HAS CHANGED OVER THE DECADES. THIS AD IS FROM 1984

The Rocky & Bullwinkle Show was sponsored by General Mills, which is the manufacturer of Trix cereal. Since, Bullwinkle has always been a loyal General Mills "employee," he has helped sell Trix cereal, by starring in their commercials.

THE THE FOLLOWING COMMERCIAL HAS THE SILLY RABBIT SELLING TRIX CEREAL DURING THE FINAL 15 SECONDS, OF THE 45 SECOND COMMERCIAL. THE FIRST 30 SECONDS HAS BULLWINKLE SELLING CHEERIOS CEREAL.

I HOPE YOU ENJOYED YOUR TRIP. PLEASE TELL YOUR FRIENDS, AND COME BACK SOON.
