Richard Nixon was the only President to ever resign. In my humble opinion, he was the third worst President of the United States, during my lifetime.

NUMBER 2 Reagan
NUMBER 3 Nixon.

Minutes before Nixon otters the infamous & historic words, "I shall resign," he is conversing with the official photographer. He is joking around, and he claims to be worried about the possibility of the photographer taking a photo of him, while he was picking his nose. How INCREDIBLE, the man is resigning in DISGRACE and he is worried about a potentially embarrassing photo of himself while picking his nose. Nixon should have been worried about AUDIO TAPE of himself picking his nose.
