I love the perpetually aired Oreo cookie commercial, which has the silver haired father talking to his son, via a video internet connection. The father is halfway around the world and the son is back home in the U.S. They share a cookie together and the boy wishes his dad a Good Morning and the Dad wishes the boy a Good Night. It has a simple childlike musical score, to go along with the simple pleasure of enjoying a cookie between a father and son, even if they are seperated by thousands of miles.

As I stated before, it is constantly being shown on TV. They would have to increase the airings by a factor of ten before I would get tired of it. IT IS ADORABLE.

Just in case you haven't seen this fantastic ad, I have posted it for your enjoyment. Who knows, the posting of this ad might bridge the Generation Gap between a few fathers and sons. I hope it also sells a few cookies for Nabisco, a hometown Chicagoland company.



Nabisco has always produced adorable ads. Posted below is a magazine ad from 1953. The ad is for several different brands of Nabisco cookies, including Oreos, Vanila Wafers & Swiss Creme Sandwiches. The ad has a little boy and girl sharing Vanilla Wafers, while sitting in front of the TV. Little kids are adorable.

They are adorable for the first 15 years on this planet, then they turn into MONSTERS.
