THE RICH GET RICHER - IT ISN'T WHAT YOU KNOW - IT'S WHO YOU KNOW - FRANK SINATRA BEER DISTRIBUTORSHIP
Frank Sinatra did a 1968 commercial for Budweiser. Sinatra and Ed McMahon are dressed as 1860's era calvary soldiers. He and Ed McMahon are tied up and are being tortured, by having two bottles of cold Budweisers inches beyond their reach.
The contract that Sinatra had for doing the commercial, and other work for Anheuser Busch, gave him a Long Beach, California beer distributorship. I'm sure Budweiser gave distributorships to every actor that did commercials for the company - AH, NO, I don't think so. As I said before, it isn't WHAT YOU KNOW, IT IS WHO YOU KNOW.
