SOME PEOPLE HAVE A HARD TIME DIGESTING PORK & BEANS - THIS MAGAZINE AD SHOWS A WEIRD DEPOSITORY - FAR FROM THE STOMACH

These 1955 magazine ads show that Campbell's Pork & Beans are hard to digest, or at least, that is how I interpret the ad. The ad shows two different people with a serving of undigested pork and beans stored in the skull. That is quite a distance from the stomach. Do you think gas pressure pushed the beans upward?
