I'm sure everybody has seen the Leave it to Beaver show, with June Cleaver cleaning the house, while wearing pearls and a very nice dress. That classic TV show premiered on Oct 4, 1957 and ran until 1963. June Cleaver must have gotten the idea for her "cleaning the house" ensemble from this 1954 magazine ad, for Soilax cleanser and O-Cel-O sponges.

The cartoon "version" of the June Cleaver-like person does not have pearls on. She is wearing high heel shoes and a fancy below-the-knee dress. Those were the Good Olde Days.

Soilax should hire, Indy race car sensation, Danica Patrick as their spokeswoman. Women wouldn't be buying the products because of Danica. The company would get a huge increase in sales among single males. You know the type, guys who live in a 1 bedroom "garbage dump". Young men who desperately need cleaning supplies.

Having a sexy Danica cleaning the kitchen wearing high heels and a bikini would drive the "lonely" single guy nuts. The only way for these "lonely" guys to get a girl would be to use SOILAX.
