IMPLICATION OF MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF CHICKEN IN CANNED CHICKEN SOUP.

I love advertising people. If they can't tell the truth - IMPLY SOMETHING IS TRUE.

The ad posted below implies the canned soup is chocked full of chicken. They use the made-up word "CHICKENY" along with the word "MORE". They use bright yellow in the ad, which is the desired color of thick rich chicken broth. Posted below the first picture is a closeup of the bowl of chicken soup. You will not see a single piece of chicken.

I have always been curious: HOW MANY THOUSANDS (OR, MILLIONS) OF CANS OF CHICKEN SOUP ARE PRODUCED  FOR EACH WHOLE CHICKEN?

I decided to buy a can of Chicken Noodle soup. I opened the can to examine the amount of chicken and the other ingredients, that are implied to be in the can in massive quantities. Posted below are the photographs of the experiment.

CAN OF HOMESTYLE CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP

USED A STRAINER. THE BROTH IS IN THE BOWL. EVERYTHING ELSE IS IN THE STRAINER.

THIS IS THE AMOUNT OF CARROTS.

SOUP CAN'S MASSIVE CELERY POPULATION. THE VEGETABLE MUST HAVE GONE UP TO $1,000 PER STALK.

THIS IS THE NOODLE POPULATION.

ONE MILLION CANS PER CHICKEN SOUNDS PRETTY ACCURATE.

EVEN MORE IMPRESSIVE, I COMBINED ALL OF THE CHICKEN AND PLACE IT INSIDE A SPOON.

I didn't let any of the soup (except for the broth) go to waste. I ate the ingredients and they were the saltiest carrots and noodles that I have ever tasted. The broth was so salty, I had to throw it out. Yeah, I know, it is supposed to be watered down. Just the same, that is a MASSIVE amount of sodium.

I also scanned the ingredient list. It is very interesting. The list says that celery accounts for "less than" 2% of the ingredients- WELL, DUH!!!!! One tiny piece of celery is definitely less than 2%.
