Mad TV was on the Fox network for one season during the 1995 season. It was loosely based on Mad magazine humor, but usually with so-so humor. If you like bathroom humor you will love this video clip. Supposedly, the U.S. Government has created an agency to register porn actors - "UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF PORNO ACTORS REGISTRATION." 

One Oriental guy comes in to the agency and gives his name to the lady at the desk. He tells her that his name is Hung Low. She tells him that the name is still available and that he will do great in the porno business. Mr. Low asks her, "where do I get my drivers license?" She realizes that the name that he gave her was his real name, and he didn't want to register a porn name. He wanted the Department of Motor Vehicles, which is next door to the - UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF PORNO ACTORS REGISTRATION.
