I WAITED UNTIL THE DAY AFTER THE ELECTION FOR MY ENDORSEMENT - VOTE FOR BUDWEISER - VERY CLEVER 1960's AD

Manufacturers will sometimes tie their product in with current events. During WWII, companies would show their products being used by the soldiers. Companies will also use the excitement that is generated from a U.S. election to help pump up sales for their product. During the late 60's Budweiser produced a magazine ad that promoted their favorite "CANDIDATE."

Who is their candidate? Well, see for yourself.
