The official government statistics do not take into account the incredibly high cost of living - inside of America's prisons. The satire video producer, "The Onion" has produced an expose on the high cost of cigarettes. The packs of smokes have surpassed the value of two HAND JOBS. The government has to get the cost of living "in hand." If not, the entire prison population will not have time to manufacture license plates.
