BAD IDEA FOR A TOY "MILKY THE MARVELOUS MILKING COW" WITH "PRETEND" MILK. LOOKING FOR A LAWSUIT.

Back in the late 60's, some "brilliant" toy designer came up with a milking toy cow idea. The kids would pump the tail of the cow and it's head would drink real water. A short time later, the cow needed to be milked, and a milky substance would come out of the udders. NO POSSIBILITY FOR A LAWSUIT WITH THAT TOY.

POSSIBLE TOY DESIGNER CONVERSATION TO TOY COMPANY CEO: "Hey, boss, we have protected ourself by saying that it is "PRETEND MILK" three times in the 30 second commercial. There isn't a court in the land that would convict you of poisoning children.
