"TRUST ME, WHAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG" GOP STYLE OF CORPORATE SELF-POLICING

Mark Fiore has created a wonderful video, which uses humor to point out the ludicrous idea that corporations can be trusted to self-police themselves. Under "W," and the two previous moronic Republican administrations, government regulations have been systematically reduced, eliminated and ignored. The GOPers claimed that the corporations could be counted on to "DO THE RIGHT THING." Yeah, right.

1) BP well disaster
2) mining accidents
3) unsafe food products (beef, peanut butter)
4) unsafe imported products (wallboard from China, toys from China, food from China)
5) unsafe autos that start with the letters "TOY"

The corporations like to self-police themselves until they SCREW UP, and then they want the government to step in to rescue them.

REMEMBER WALL STREET, ANYBODY?

Posted below is a fantastic Mark Fiore video that exposes the ridiculous GOP ideas on no regulations for corporations. The only sane method for dealing with corporations is the same way a dog owner should treat a pit bull. KEEP IT ON A LEASH - a long leash that will allow it to have a certain amount of freedom, which can also be pulled in, if the business pit bull acts up.
