YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO KEEP "THE SHINY SIDE UP & THE GREASY SIDE DOWN" - NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND

I see that a do-gooder Illinois State General Assemblyman has proposed a bill that would make it illegal to photograph an accident scene. I'm sure it is to "protect" the "safety" of the photographer, because taking a snapshot / video of the accident, and the cops is a "very dangerous" activity. There is no possibly the bill is designed to prevent the creation of photographic evidence, which might show embarassing police activity, or lack thereof.

Illinois State Representative Tom Holbrooke (unfortunately, a Democrat - I would have prefered him to be a low life GOPer) has proposed a law that would make it illegal to photograph an accident from a motor vehicle - UNLESS, THE VEHICLE IS IN PARK, OR NEUTRAL.

In case Mr. Holbrooke, the draconian General Assemblyman, wants to propose a bill to make it a crime for a person to post digital photographs of an accident scene (like I'm doing today) on the internet, which have been taken prior to his "unconstitutional" anti-photography bill being passed into law, I have two words for the esteemed member of the Illinois House - BITE ME.

I say that because, I took a cool photo of a truck accident. The driver obviously never heard the phrase "KEEP YOUR SHINY SIDE UP & YOUR GREASY SIDE DOWN." For Mr. Holbrooke: The photo was taken from my vehicle with the vehicle in park, while waiting for a stop light to change. Oh yeah, it was also taken prior to your "unconstitutional" bill having been brought up for a vote. Hopefully, your fellow members of the Illinois House aren't as ignorant, as you apparently are, on the subject of the ULTIMATE LAW OF THE LAND - THE U.S. CONSTITUTION.

A LITTLE BIT OF ENTERTAINMENT:
ON THE SUBJECT OF "KEEP YOUR SHINY SIDE UP...."

I HAVE POSTED A HUMOROUS VIDEO, WHICH IS BASED ON THE SONG "CONVOY"
