1950's - 1980's FRISKIES DOG FOOD ADS WERE THE CUTEST TV & MAGAZINE ADS IN THE WORLD, IN MY HUMBLE OPINION.

Carnation was the parent company of Friskies dog food, prior to the purchase of the company by Nestle, in 1985. Carnation provided the American public with homespun American advertising (a.k.a. entertainment.) Carnation was an American company, and they seemed to have their finger on the pulse of the American consumer. Nestle (Swiss company) is a humongous conglomerate, and in my humble opinion, couldn't produce a warm feeling even if the company was on fire. In my humble opinion, the current TV ads for Friskies are boring. See for yourself.
