MEANINGLESS IOWA STRAW POLL PICKS THE LADY WHO CAN'T DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN JOHN WAYNE & JOHN WAYNE GACY
You would think the GOP people of Iowa might be a tiny bit more picky in their choice for a Presidential primary candidate. Michele "John Wayne or John Wayne Gacy Lover" Bachmann has just won the Iowa straw poll. I have to admit it, the poll is next to meaningless. Just the same, I really had a higher opinion of the intelligence of the Iowa GOP population. I might have to reevaluate my opinion.
Maybe the GOP straw poll voters forgot that Michele claimed that John Wayne was from her hometown of Waterloo, IA. Even when it was pointed out that John Wayne wasn't from Waterloo, and in fact, John Wayne Gacy (serial killer) was from Waterloo, she refused to admit that she made a mistake.
In my humble opinion, Michele and every other GOP candidate suffers from the malaise that I like to call the "GEORGE W. BUSH SYNDROME." People that suffer from this terrible affliction are incapable of admitting when they make a mistake. It was named after the person who exhibited the worst symptoms, which would be George W. Bush (in my humble opinion.)
Michele is also the female candidate who claims to be submissive to her husband (she claims the bible tells her to be submissive.) Yeah, that is the type of person that I want to be my President - AHH, NO!!!!!!
Michele also admits to suffering from terrible migraine headaches, which I sympathize with the terrible pain that she must suffer from. She claims to need to go into a dark room for HOURS at a time.
Hey, Iowa voters - a President is supposed to be available 24/7 (unless your name is George W. Bush, and you are in reality a puppet, with your PUPPET MASTER {Dick Cheney} standing by to administer to any late night problems.) A President can't be "unavailable" with a migraine when the next national tragedy hits.
Of course, listening, and seeing comments that supporters of "W" have made, which condone his lackadaisical response to the 2001 attacks, because they believe he couldn't do anything about the problem after it already took place, makes me think that the entire GOP voter block has gone LOONEY TUNES. The GOPers will poo poo the idea that Michele Bachmann should be available 24/7. They would imply that anybody who would see a need for a President to be available during the duo problems of a personal migraine attack and a national disaster/terror attack would be a heartless individual. I'm sorry, that is STUPID. Bush was wrong, when he failed to be there for the country, and a potential President Bachmann (sitting in a pitch black room) suffering from a migraine attack, while refusing to deal with the national disaster is also WRONG.
